[forwardport] fix(template.podspec): the correct suffix is xcframework (#639 ) (#640 )

This diff forward ports 21a9b977eef7a8c8a6107aec713b6202ba9e5d48

The template was still wrong and was referencing a .framework
while now we generate a .xcframework.
