pep f6d4ab9e91 minidom: Bump rxml dep 
This should have been done in 19865e5f probably, before the latest
release. This generally causes users of the library to cargo update
manually.

A minimal DOM library on top of rxml, targeting exclusively the subset of XML useful for XMPP.
