Remove redundant imports
These became warnings in a recent nightly.
The TryFrom/TryInto imports were missed in
4089891f6c, but the rest are truly
redundant.

Rename the xmpp-parsers directory to parsers
This doesn’t change anything to the name of the crate, just makes
autocompletion easier by not sharing the same prefix as the xmpp crate.
